	Description:		The Preschool Services Department (PSD) administers the Federal Head Start, Early Head Start, and Early Head Start - Child Care Partnership programs, California Department of Education State Preschool program, as well as the Child and Adult Care Food Program in 41 locations throughout the County of San Bernardino. Phelos Haire, Interim Director for the San Bernardino County Preschool Services Department came on the program to talk about the various programs they have to offer including their "Head Start" early education programs. PSD serves about 6000, disadvantaged families with children ages 0 - 5 and pregnant women.
