In this episode, we talk about keeping things real. Sometimes things are not pretty, and we must take it at face value. There is no need to twist reality like a Rubik's cube to complete a color and find a positive angle to everything that happens to you while meditating on the mantra that "Everything happens for a reason." Does it, really? Or are you fooling yourself into thinking a downright negative situation is meant to happen to you? You can take it as it is, but you don't need to wallow in it. You can still react in a way that results in something positive for you. You can still be positive about the big picture without losing touch with day-to-day reality.
