Trump says if the New York and New Jersey numbers are taken out of death toll, "Out numbers are among the lowest." A study shows that the potential coronavirus vaccine shows promising results. Six states band together for a rapid testing plan as Trump administration faces growing criticism for lack of national plan. Mississippi issues a statewide mask mandate and orders anyone with the coronavirus to isolate or face fines and possible jail time. A college professor wants to teach classes outside, " I now fear being assigned to windowless classrooms" during pandemic. The professor also says, "having classes outdoors is not a radical thought."
