The leader of the Oxford trial says the vaccine has a 50 percent chance of working. Previously, the Oxford leader had predicted an 80 percent chance of success by September. The vaccine has a 50 percent chance of working because the spread of virus is slowing in Britain. The White House is looking at "bonus" pay to get people back to work.
