Rudy Rodriguez entered the Navy at the age of 18 with the dream of becoming an astronaut. After ten years in the service and having received his pilot wings, it looked like that dream would soon become a reality. That was until Rudy unexpectedly failed a physical evaluation, immediately ending his career in aviation. 

Forced to make a decision between a different placement in the Navy and accepting an honorable discharge, Rudy decided to pursue an entrepreneurial path. 

After finding success in building sales teams for companies running large live events, Rudy once again found it necessary to change directions when the COVID-19 pandemic eliminated that entire industry in just a matter of weeks. 

In this episode, Rudy Rodriguez joins the show to discuss turning adversity into opportunity when life forces you to pivot.
