	Description:		Spanish banks have been buying an increasing amount of Spanish debt, up from 30 to 40% in two years, says Rolf Campos. This means that four out of every 10 euros of Spanish bonds is owed to Spanish banks with the result that the banks and government are getting more entangled. This is bad news as experience shows that, when one falls, so does the other.
