	Description:		By John Maina I have shared below the details of my meeting with Mr. Hassan (Chair - IEBC) as well as Mr. Oswago (CEO-IEBC). The two IEBC officials have come up with a brief on how the Kenya Diaspora will participate in the next General election. Here's the brief: - Registration and voting will be done at Kenya Embassies and Consulates abroad. - Registration will require an applicant to produce a Kenyan passport. - Kenyan's abroad will cast their ballot for a Presidential candidate only. - No e-voting at this time but physical ballots. - Returning Officers will be nominated by IEBC. Some Embassy officials might be chosen to be Returning Officers. - Election date will be gazetted as March 2013. What's your take on this? Express yourself.
