	Description:		I am thrilled to finally share my brand new book is available for pre-order! FOX RIVER COMICS CAMP is my dream comic art education book for elementary-age readers, coming October 2026. The book combines an engaging story with fun activities readers can follow along with. Part comics how-to book, part silly joyful narrative, this book has it all for the young cartoonists in your life! The book takes place at a week-long comics camp at the Fox River Public Library, starring five spunky campers: Joey, Pup, Kit, Ducky and Fawn. The kids are learning how to make comics for the first time from their teacher, Puma. It was inspired by my many years of comics educational work, especially all the wonderful workshops I’ve done with young people in libraries. I wanted to create a book that captures all the magical, goofy fun that happens when kids make comics! It’s filled with activities so readers can follow along with the characters in the book and create their own comic book stories.
