–Because Bobby was sick this past Sunday, we are recording this Minisode late Wednesday night. But now Jason is sick too!
—-Trump announces his nominee for the vacant Supreme Court seat, and it is the well-respected and conservative Neil Gorsuch. Should the Democrats stand against his appointment, or are they afraid they will die upon that hill?
–So, what do you think of the Trump presidency so far? Has it been the worst first week ever?
–Acting Attorney General Sally Yates issues statement that says, in her opinion, the executive order travel ban is illegal, and thus she has ordered the Department of Justice not to defend it. Trump fires Yates shortly thereafter.
–AJ asks us to weigh in on a very important debate: Cheetos vs Cheese Puffs. Bobby is a cheese puff guy through and through, but Jason, who is actively campaigning for Trump to appoint him as Secretary of Snacks, prefers Cheetos. We also wonder aloud whether Cheetos can be considered a “chip.”
–The election bet with Canada Matt has been paid off. Instead of sending us a picture of him dressed as Hillary Clinton, Bobby instead accepted a box of Big Turk candy bars, and boy there were way more than he expected! Thanks, Matt!
–Bobby has a new job now, and tries once again to explain exactly what it is he does. Jason, meanwhile, just wants to know how many “big load” jokes his co-workers tell each day.
