The Book of Galatians is one of the most misunderstood books in the New Testament. Christians often use the book of Galatians out of context in order to somehow attempt to prove that the Law of Moses is no longer meant to be obeyed. Because they don't have an accurate historical account of this letter that Paul wrote to the Galatians they come to a false conclusion. Tonight, we are going to get a better understanding of Paul's letter to the Galatians.
Galatians 3
1 O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Yahu'shua Messiah hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?
2 This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
What you will find out in tonight's podcast about the Historical Background of what is termed "Works of the Law" will shock you!
A Document found in 1948 at the same time that the "Dead Sea Scrolls" were found, reveals what the term "Works of the Law" is really talking about. And it is not what most of us have previously thought that Paul was referring to. After approximately 1900 years, we can finally unravel the mystery of what THE WORKS OF THE LAW really is, and we can prove that the Apostle Paul was not preaching against obeying the Law of Moses. Instead he was referring to another Law invented by a cult in Paul's Day who gave themselves the name "Works of the Law."
