	Description:		The Special Meeting on Saturday morning will be from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon and again after lunch from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. Regarding the upcoming retirement of General Manager Marina West, a workshop is to take place where the Board of Directors will be consulted on the public employment of Ms. West and be given the Consultant’s report on operational and managerial review and organizational assessment and options. The Public is welcome to attend this section of the special meeting. After lunch, from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. a closed session will be held where the Board will hear from agency designated representative Steven M. Kennedy, general counsel, during a conference with the labor representative and the unrepresented employee, General Manager Marina West. This will be followed by a closed session report. It is expected that the Board will give directions to the Consultants. The meeting begins at 10:00 a.m. and is located at the Board Meeting office at 1720 North Cherokee Trail in Landers.
