“Mojave Moon” is a night of music, healing, and community under the desert sky to benefit the local veteran outreach organization Mil-Tree this Saturday, August 2 at Art Trap in Joshua Tree.
The event will offer music, connection, and creative expression aiming to bridge the gap between veterans, service members, and civilians through the arts.
The event also celebrates the release of a new single by organizer Skyler Fell’s band Tumbleweed Timemachine, their new anthem that echoes themes of resilience, healing, and unity that you’re hearing right now.
Live performances by Tumbleweed Timemachine, Palo Xanto, John Kalb, plus special guests to be announced. The evening will also showcase original music born from Mil-Tree’s transformative songwriting workshops.
Since this is a fundraising event, admission is a sliding scale from $10-$50, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. at Art Trap, located at 61961 Sunburst Circle in Joshua Tree. |
