	Description:		After selling our rental real estate, we were left with few forms of smart income. I began searching for alternatives. I realized that for the next few years, much of my time would be spent outside of the USA, so I needed something that didn’t require me to be physically present to manage them, but paid me a tidy sum each month. This led me to dividend stocks, and so far I am very happy with the results.
