It began, "my brain and heart divorced a decade ago over who was to blame about how big of a mess I have become.." and we could all relate. This father of three and stand-up comic had turned to writing some years earlier to try and sort out the tsunami of anxious thoughts that threatened to overtake him and carry him out into a sea of defeat.
