The idea sounds crazy to other retail channels: go to a store and possibly disrupt operations to film and share your best ideas that your competition can then see during a general session at the NACS Show. Yet, most convenience retailers happily agree to be profiled because the convenience store industry is used to sharing areas and making each other better.
