Today’s guest is Rick Goodfriend. Rick has been studying, teaching and practicing Nonviolent Communication for over a decade. He is an alumni of Bay Nonviolent Communication leadership program that is a year long program to enrich these skills. It consisted of 4 week-long seminars to immerse into effective communication skills. Not only does he share these effective communication techniques in an easy to learn manner, he actually uses these skills daily.

Rick is also the founder of World Empathy Day. It is a day of increased consciousness for peaceful and effective communication, connection with self and others, forgiveness and acceptance.
