Description:

Hello everyone and welcome to Commandercast Episode 204! We’re your weekly source for Community, Strategy, and Technology, hosted on MTGcast.com and our homesite: Commandercast.com! We’re recording this on June 17th, 2015.

This week William, Calvin, Mark, and Aaron are joined by Stark aka StarkMaximum, a huge fan of the show and long time listener.  This week we talk about theme decks. what makes a theme deck a theme deck? Is it all one type or is there room for creatures that aren’t of a shared type to be in it? we also go over what we think of as themes, plus we go over a few personal creature types we wish got just a little bit more love.

All this and more await with the click of an IB!

Community: What constitutes a tribal deck? That could sound intuitive, but I don’t think it is. Both Uriah over at CMDR Decks and Sheldon Menery feel that with design lacking for certain types, especially Legends, tribal could be defined as a majority percentage of the creatures in the deck.
