	Description:		Recently I put a few calls out on social media for questions, comments, observations, etc. about George Orwell’s 1984 and Minds.com delivered. Today I’m going through the comment feed and responding to the various comments/questions. This episode is going to differ quite a bit from the Cold War themed one on 1984 last time, as we end up covering the themes of the book more broadly – and we wind up covering quite a bit! We also end up covering Huxley’s Brave New World, which is probably one I should dive deeper into. Maybe that would be a good pattern podcast? I really enjoyed this one and this format. I think I’d like to do something similar with other works of pop culture we’ll cover over the course of the podcast. Realistically I can see some of the bigger works (say, Dr. Strangelove, Red Dawn, Rocky IV, Catch-22, etc.) getting a full episode, but that doesn’t mean that when I cover one of the lesser known works we can’t work a question/comment or two into the next episode.
