Prenatal health certainly isn’t one size fits all. Every person is different, as is every pregnancy. Take some time to listen to your body, and interpret what YOU need. I hope today’s episode is a good reminder to each of you that you never need an “excuse” to take care of yourself. Making your health a priority is an obligation and a privilege, so let’s jump right in! Here are my top tips for prioritizing prenatal health! And, truthfully, these are tips that apply to everyone! - Stay active!
