Investors won't tolerate the planned takeover of Premier Health Plans' Medicare Advantage and commercial assets, according to SunTrust. Analyst Sandy Draper, who recommends buying the stock, wrote in a report that Evolent's earlier deals were viewed "as being value-destructive."
