Scott Learn currently serves as a performance auditor for the State of Oregon’s audit division and has past experience as a journalist and financial auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Jennifer McGuirk serves as a senior management auditor for Multnomah County and has past experience in communications, organizational development, and grantwriting for universities.
Mark Ulanowicz serves as a principal auditor for Multnomah County and has past experience as a performance auditor for the federal Government Accountability Office.
Our Moderator Serena Cruz is the Executive Director of the Virginia Garcia Memorial Foundation and former member of the Multnomah County Commission.
