Field recording of the Kursaal estate in Southend-on-Sea. The Kursaal is one of the oldest buildings still standing in Southend. The site has evolved over the years providing the community with different forms of entertainment. It was supposedly one of the first built amusement parks in the world, until later developed into a housing estate.
