Clinicians at UC Health and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine administered the first dose to Jarelle Marshall, an IT professional who lives in Cincinnati. Before UC's trial, New Horizons Clinical Research in Blue Ash began a trial of the Moderna mRNA-1273 vaccine in July.
