Today, I had the pleasure to talk with someone who has also battled the #fatdemon. Jennifer Taylor Wagner also knows what it’s like to be in a constant battle with her weight. At her high school graduation, Jennifer weighed 336 pounds. Since then, she has lost 150 pounds.She is no stranger to diets, weight gain and loss, body image issues, and the mental anguish that comes with learning to love your body. She has made it her mission to help women learn to love their good bodies.
