I’ve been podcasting for almost eight years and am gearing up to relaunch the podcast next week with some new features. In this episode, I’m showing up by myself to say hi, share some of the updates in store, and to encourage you, as always, to live well.
If there is anything that I’ve learned (and am still learning, if I’m honest), it’s that you have to roll with the punches and try out new things. However, I have to tell you; I don’t like trying new things. I also don’t like trying and failing. But as I continue to move forward in my life, the truth that is becoming more and more evident to me is that there is no progress without trying, and there is rarely success that doesn’t include failure somewhere.
What makes life exciting is that we get to try stuff. We get to experiment. We get to explore. Then as we discover what works and what does not work, we open ourselves up to the possibilities of how we can grow, and we learn more about ourselves in the process.

There is so much about the last two years of my life that has been just showing up with trial and error to see what sticks. In the content that I create along with an awesome team, we’ve tried all the things — videos, online events, virtual workshops, and of course, all of the different ways social media has provided to help us stay connected to you. It’s been so much fun!
With a new year comes a new opportunity to hit the reset button and refine what we do. I’m personally excited to keep growing and refreshing the way I encourage you to live your life well.
I can’t wait for you to hear about what’s in store, and I’d love to hear your thoughts. Feel free to listen to the podcast and then come back here to comment and tell me what you think!
Here’s to 2022 being the best year ever and for you and I both to continue trying new things, gaining new insights, and growing into the person God created us to be.

How to Listen to The Podcast
If you’re new to podcasts, think of them like little radio shows that you can listen to at your convenience. They are perfect to listen to and learn from as you workout, fold laundry, wash dishes or conquer the world.
1. Listen right here on the blog. Click the little play button at the beginning of this post.
2. Listen on iTunes or Stitcher or Google Play! – Be sure and subscribe so you don’t miss an episode! Also, if you would be so kind as to leave a rating on iTunes and/or write a 2-3 sentence review there or on Stitcher? Your commentary or rating helps make the podcast more “findable” by others who might not know it exists!
3. Share today’s show – Email the link to a friend or share on social media. Just click on the sharing buttons at the bottom of this post!
You have been so great to join me on the journey here on the blog, I hope you jump right in and do the same on the podcast!
