There is a danger for us to live in a bubble, only listening to voices that only reinforce what we already know and believe. There is danger in doing that, both from a leadership perspective and a personal growth perspective.
- We limit our opportunities to have fulling life experiences.
- We limit our opportunities to have fulling relationships
- We limit our opportunities to grow and develop.
We need to pop the bubble and randomize our experiences so that we can learn and grow and lead others and ourselves effectively.
