But only time will tell if this time, they really mean it; As Florida becomes an ever-more diverse state, it’s also becoming an ever-more Republican State. The state’s head Democrat will address that apparent disconnect; And Florida’s phosphate miners are eyeing new territory. And while many residents in those areas are worried, the industry insists it can do its thing safely and carefully.
