It sounds like something out of a crime drama. A dirty cop plants illegal drugs on people, then arrests them. State investigators say that’s exactly what happened in one North Florida County. Lynn Hatter reports. A new study describes the future mass redistribution of plants and animals on earth due to climate change. An author of the study says Florida is already experiencing this migration due to global warming. Brett Scheffers [chef-furs] is a professor of wildlife ecology at the University of Florida. He spoke with WUSF's Jessica Meszaros. The study by UF and the University of Tasmania appears in the journal "Nature Climate Change."
