California’s 40th Governor Gavin Newsom gave his final State of the State address this morning before the California Legislature. As Newsome started the last year of his final term, he spoke about a range of issues including affordability, homelessness and directly calling out what he described as the “chaos emanating from 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.” Republican political consultant Mike Madrid and Democratic political strategist Garry South join Insight today to provide analysis on Gov.
