These are just a few hints of the stories told Tuesday night at an evening dedicated to the theme of "Going Home" for the Coachella Valley Storytellers Project. The Coachella Valley Storytellers Project is organized by The Desert Sun and our partner, the University of California Riverside-Palm Desert graduate program for creative writing and writing for the performing arts. Storytellers who were coached to tell a true, first-person narrative around the theme included: Lea Goodsell; Leanna Rodgers; Shay Moraga; Leslie Gonzalez; Kristin Scharkey and Kelly Keiser.
