Description: Forecasters watching Hurricane Florence are warning it could cause terrible damage and loss of life over a huge area of the U.S. Virginia Governor Ralph Northam declared a state of emergency ahead of the storm. He joins us from Richmond. President Trump says the federal government will spare no expense in dealing with Florence. Newly-released documents show the Trump administration took money away from FEMA and other federal agencies, apparently to pay for immigration detention centers. The archbishop of Washington DC says he is going to Rome in the near future to discuss his potential resignation with Pope Francis.
