Only on the "CBS This Morning" podcast, it has been 50 years since Robert F. Kennedy was assassinated at the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles. After his funeral at St. Patrick's Cathedral in New York City, his body traveled by train to Arlington National Cemetery in Washington, D.C. Millions of mourners spontaneously gathered along the tracks to pay tribute. Dutch photographer Rein Jelle Terpstra collected more than 60 photographs and home videos from people who watched the funeral train that day. He joins the "CBS This Morning" podcast to speak with CBSN's Vladimir Duthiers about his project, "The People's View." |
