Breaking News: President Trump says he is calling off next month's historic summit with Kim Jong-un. In a letter to North Korea's dictator, released minutes ago, the president blamed the "tremendous anger and open hostility" in a statement from a top North Korean official. North Korea's government said overnight it has destroyed it's only nuclear weapon testing site. CBS News' Ben Tracy was the only U.S. network broadcast correspondent to witness it at the remote site in the northeast part of the country. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is testifying on Capitol Hill right now at a budget hearing. We're monitoring that to see if has anything to say about the canceled summit.
