Impeachment is described in Article one, Sections 2 and 3. And the 2020 election results were certified by the states, and counted by Congress, in accordance with Article 2 and the 12th Amendment. CBS News constitutional law expert Jeffrey Rosen joins "CBS This Morning" co-host Tony Dokoupil to discuss how the constitution is used today.
