	Description:		Latinos represent more than 27% of COVID-19 deaths in the nation's hotspots, although they account for 18% of the population. UCLA's Dr. David E. Hayes-Bautista, director of the Center for the Study of Latino Health and Culture, joins CBS News contributor Maria Elena Salinas to discuss why the community is at high risk of contracting the virus. According to Dr. Hayes-Bautista, the problems are not genetic but structural. A lack of access to health care and health insurance, employment as essential workers and a shortage of Latino physicians have made Hispanics vulnerable to the coronavirus.
