	Description:		Maryland Congressman Elijah Cummings, Chairman of the House Oversight Committee, died early this morning at a hospital in Baltimore. Democrats walked out of their first face-to-face meeting with President Trump since the impeachment inquiry began, claiming the president insulted House Speaker Nancy Pelosi during a briefing for congressional leaders on the deteriorating military situation in Syria.
