I am a huge advocate of supporting local businesses especially when it comes to wedding planning. I am also an advocate of good customer service and making sure that the vendor is that you hire are reliable, have good references and testimonials and don't rip you off! Today on the show I share three stories from bridechillas, who have had less than exemplary service when it comes to dress suppliers and designers. I’m was keen to create this episode, not as Debbie Downer would make you feel worried but as a way to educate and inform both you and the bridechillas and vendors on what to expect and how to deal with a bad customer service experience especially when it comes to purchase that has a huge emotional anaesthetic significance such as your wedding dress and attire. I am grateful for the openness and honesty that today's guests have shared and thankful for Belinda, Kate and Nova’s participation. Please note I have not named and shamed any of the businesses in this episode, I think they're doing a bad enough job on the road, without adding more bad publicity to the record.
