Of course, Bryan brings his strong game of charts and data, but he does so in a way that tells a story and specifically focuses on how the customer is the hero in these journeys. Since Bryan is great with crafting and uncovering stories, I wanted to pick his brain a bit on how breweries should tell better stories and how their customer fits into those stories.
