The Yankees just keep winning and look pretty damn good while doing so, so it was only fitting that Boomer & Gio got this Wednesday edition of their radio program started with the Bombers, who topped the Red Sox 3-2 in the Bronx Tuesday night. Giancarlo Stanton went deep a couple of times, Luis Severino pitched like an ace and Aaron Judge provided the game-winning hit – a very well rounder Bombers’ victory. The Mets on the other hand, they had a tough time with the Reds in Cincinnati, but did manage to trade Matt Harvey to the aforementioned Reds for catcher, Devin Mesoraco. All of that, the Knicks introduced David Fizdale as their new head coach and the NBA Playoff picture – which obviously doesn’t involve the Knickerbockers (yet!!!) and much more. |
