Kasia Gawlik, born and bred in Warsaw (Poland), is a UX Research Manager with over 15 years experience in Research. She successfully made the leap from Market research to User Experience Design where she is a subject matter expert, leader, trainer and hands-on practitioner in the field of User Research and Usability testing.

Kasia also shares some personal stories introducing her love for travel, her two daughters and we open a dialogue around gender equality in the workplace.
