We have all heard the expression, “learn from your mistakes”. This is obviously true and suggests that reflecting upon your performance is as Aristotle said, the most effective path to wisdom. The only problem is that making mistakes is costly. You will almost certainly under perform if you make mistakes and you might even lose your job

This is why I have always thought that learning from other people’s mistakes is a far more intelligent and hence cheaper method. This podcast looks at this idea and addresses the most important aspect of learning from other people’s mistakes: the implementation
