Jeff Krushell. Krushell, a native of Canada, is the Director of Human Performance for
Major League Baseball International and runs one of the top athletic development programs through
Krush Performance in Calgary.
Pete and Jeff discuss the critical areas in an athlete’s development, including sleeping habits, nutrition, injury prevention, and strength & conditioning programs. Plus, these veteran coaches acknowledge the importance of multi-sport athletes and the signifcance of volunteer coaches in the long-term development of an athlete.
