Hiroyuki Sakanashi born in Japan, played youth, high school and college baseball in Japan. Then off to Austria to become Club coach and National Team Coach.

Implementing some Japanese ideas to help build culture.

Austria National Team wins 2017 B Cup European Qualifier with all Austrian Players.

Austria Academy program.

1987 Austria had 6 teams nationwide.

1993 50 Clubs.

We discuss a lot of development.

This program became successful fairly quick by building the grassroots and top level teams.
