Practice when, more practices or games? Type of talent and why. Things they need bad, equipment # 1, what else? Training in uncomfortable situations, equipment is what makes them good players. These kids have to learn to adapt, adjust, no excuses, etc. Season is from January to September. Working on exchange programs, get kids to come to the USA and play for travel teams, high schools and eventually college baseball. Listen and learn a lot.
