Prepare to dive deep into the concept of depression through the lens of depth psychology, MTBI personality types, and (finally) admitting that none of us actually know that the f*** is going on with this whole consciousness thing. I’m joined by meme aficionado Sarah Mergen, the creative mind behind the Instagram page @CarlJungMemes. Sarah's journey began in early 2021 when she posted a guide on her meme page that she described as a "personal mythology of depression." Since then, she has dedicated herself to expanding upon these thoughts, culminating in her monthly podcast series, "Katabasis/Anabasis."
