Looking back on 2017 I can see now that I didn't have my own set of guidelines, my own set of rules. I didn't have a Code to live by. When you don't have clarity it’s easy to lose track of your goals, and it's very easy for doubt to start to sink in to all areas of your life. You start questioning the food you're eating, you start questioning the exercise you do, you start questioning the business you do. Simply because there was no Code. In this episode we are going to go through my own personal code that I have been experimenting with. And let me tell you, I don’t know how I lived without it!
