Description: Pianist Anton Nel has been the most prolific performer around at the Aspen Music Festival and School, having been featured in seventeen concerts in eight weeks during the 2019 season. He's been a beloved fixture at the Festival, performing in solo recitals and alongside some of the world's greatest musicians. Classical Music from Aspen host Chris Mohr checked in with Anton Nel to talk about Beethoven, whose music is being featured over 100 times this summer on APR. We also chat about his life in the time of COVID, and what he is doing while waiting for the concert halls to reopen.
