Description: For the second year, Garfield County Board of Commissioners authorized about $75,000 for the Colorado Mountain College Foundation. The move comes in part because of the Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative, which requires every county in the state to raise money for a non-profit organization of their choice each year.
