Description: On Wednesday, the Pitkin County Board of Commissioners approved construction of a new lift on Aspen Highlands. The new lift will serve the Golden Horn ski run, which is mainly used for ski race training. The Aspen Valley Ski and Snowboard Club (AVSC) is funding the lift’s construction, operation, and snowmaking in the area it will serve.
