Description: A metal arch will be installed to mark the beginning of the Rio Grande ARTway in Carbondale this spring. The ARTchway is meant to capture the character and history of Carbondale. It will be constructed partly out of reclaimed railroad ties and bicycles. It will span the ARTway at the intersection of Highway 133 and the Rio Grande, near the entrance of downtown Carbondale.
